About Me

I'm currently living in Plymouth with my boyfriend Julian, my cat Black Pudding a.k.a PudPud and my albino cornsnake Alfie. I've just finished my final year at Plymouth College of Art and Design (PCAD) doing my Fine Art degree, so now i'm looking for a job-ideally something in the creative industries but I'll probably have to do another course to top up my degree. Maybe textiles...:)I enjoy reading, painting, watching movies, slush puppies, eating yummy things, sewing, listening and dancing to all sorts of music, worcester sauce flavour crisps, good friends, going to the seaside, forests (especially pine), crabs vs whelks.

My Interests

Arting whether it be painting; photography; getting involved or just doodling on my hand, travelling, driving, eating, drinking, meeting new and old people, a good chinwag.

I'd like to meet:

people & friendly animals

Music:

lots, old & new....Indie, electro, d&b, house, breakbeat, heavy metal, some hip hop, old school Reggae, cheesy old disco tunes and radio jingles. Radio 1-Colin Murrays new show is rather good. some rock/poppy stuff that dominates our airwaves. the smiths.

Movies:

loads! I'll pretty much give anything a chance. The last movie i saw at the cinema was '28 weeks later'-awesome, before that '300'- also very good. Also saw 'Sunshine' fab, if not just for Cillian murphy-drool. Saw Marie Antoinette (with Kirsten Dunst) t'other day on DVD, and the costume&scenery was fantastic. Had a lovely sense of girlie decadence to it, made me want to be her (apart from when her head is chopped off).

Television:

Mostly movies, comedies, if lazy mood diagnosis murder or something equally as trashy. I make a point of watching Eastenders and neighbours (curse you Wimbledon). Have been shamefully getting into big brother but will endevour to break the habit.

Books:

'A clockwork orange', ahh the joys of nadsat. 'The pornographers Diaries' funny & insightful. 'memoirs of a geisha' got bored halfway through and put it down. 'The Rice Mother' beautiful imagery, really sad in places.

Heroes:

Mum & Dad
