Welcome to Bishop's Training Center - "Train like the pros without the blows! Or fight!!
We offer boxing as well as mixed martial arts, kick boxing, and wrestling classes for men, women, and children. We have a weight room with free weights and machines, cardio equiptment, a 2 story gym with 3 full sized boxing rings, MMA Cage, multiple heavy bags, double end bags, speed bags, wrestling mats, plus mens and womens locker rooms with showers. Our coaches are certified by USA Boxing/Wrestling as well. Private lessons are offered and we also have certified private fitness instructors available.
