Soul Shaker has been running in Bristol since 2005 down at Cosies on Portland square in St Pauls, it is a great bi-monthly Saturday night in a wicked intimate little venue that is full of character and regularly hosts some of Bristol's best dub/reggae nights. Our Soul Shaker nights at Cosies are a real mixture of all the music we love (see opposite for a small selection of artists!) ususally starting with the slower stuff and building up to the fat breaks and drum and bass that our nights have become renowned for. Since the beginning of 2008 Soul Shaker has also been running another successful bi-monthly night, this time on a Friday at the legendary underground club 'Timbuk2' in the city centre. Our Tb2 nights feature some of the the uk's finest DJ's and producers, we often centre one room around drum and bass and the other around breaks. See below a selection of the artists we have hosted at our nights @ Timbuk2. Its a formula that seems to have struck a chord with our regulars and growing number of fans, so if you are in the area on a Soulshaker night bring your soul down for some serious shakin!!!
