....Once upon a time, a quintet rock college boys called "in august" rose up in the middle of the underground music scence in Thailand. Why was the name has to be "in august?" We don't really know too....it just poped up in our mind and it sounded ok....We got together for about 3 years and a half (in 2004) before we ended up with the final line up (in 2007) of "in august." Actually, we got this final line up just about 6 months ago.
....The formers of the band were Kang, Mark, and Mek. Guide has joined the band later (in 2005) and followed by Pang. Back at the time (in 2006), we were under the name "Minerva" and later on we decided to change. We've been changing the name several times as well as the member since we formed this band up (Hahaha).
....In 2007, once again, we had to re-form the band since one of our guitarist (Mark) and our bassist (Mek) had left the band. Luckily, Knotty, our new guitarist, has joined the band. And we got Numan as our new bassist. Keep on rockin' guys.....Peace
P.S. We are writting more songs right now for our demo. Hope to get our songs posted in here soon...
