GMOB started out as a vision in the group's leaders' head back in the summer of 2005. Oringinally called GSC which stood for Goon Squad Clique, GMOB was more of a more gang related group. The original two memebers were Kid Cash and Killa Keem. But in the Summer of 2006 the two, who were cousins, had a fallout and stopped talkin to to each other. So Kid Cash and Young Chevy began talking about the new group whose motto was get money over bitches which became the new name GMOB. In the earlier goings GMOB was just two memebers who were in love with the streets. Kid Cash, who was a lover of rap music, begin writing while he was out sick from school on numerous occasions. He told Young Chevy and they decided to turn it into a rap group. The Group originally had 9 members, then sliming down to 7. GMOB is still working on albums and mixtapes, their mixtape The Process Of Gettin Dough Vol. 1 should drop sometime before the end of the school year and their album G.M.O.B(Gwap Motivates Our Bizness) Should drop in the begining of next school year. GMOB is also appearing on other mixtapes such as Milwaukee rappers M-City Boyz's mixtape and Tennessee rapper Jskeen's mixtape entitled Mixtape Vol. 1.
