About Me

:)
I'm a married cubicle bound 9-5 working mother of 3 semi-grown children, one grandson, and 4 cats.
I prefer Mexican cuisine above all others. The spicier the better.
I'm partial to peace over conflict and do not get involved in heated, and often detrimental, debates, regarding religion, politics, or perceived gender responsibilities. Keep it light, folks, we're all in the same boat.

Thx for graphics,Jimmy :)
I'm a very inquisitive, imaginative, passionate soul.
I tend to ramble, like to play, and absolutely love really stupid off the wall stuff. :)
I've been married for the past 22 years, just not to the same man. The 1st 8 years were so interesting, thought I'd give it another shot with a different one, which is where I've been the past 14.
The last quarter century has been filled with all the normal joyous, mundane, and catastrophic adventures that most people experience in their lifetime. Many beginnings and unfortunately many endings.
But, through all the downsizing, ostrasizing, excommunications, backbiting, middle of the night emergency phone calls, dry seasons, wet seasons, fertile seasons, and famine, I've managed to keep my smile and sanity. The sanity might be questionable by some, but I don't mind.
Prayer, laughter, friends, family, tears, and alot of soul searching is what has brought me to this point in time, of which I'm very grateful for.
One last thing.... Do you think this is Jack Nicholson's dog?
Remember Sarah's quote when the goblins and goblin kings/queens try to take over your world:
"Through dangers untold and hardships unnumbered, I have fought my way here to the castle beyond the goblin city. For my will is as strong as yours and my kingdom is as great!"
"You have no power over me."
Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a wonderful day!

I'd like to meet:

Anyone that wants to stop by, unless of course, you are looking for a one-hit wonder, a random sexual encounter, or someone to stalk. In those cases, it's best you move on.

My Grandparents and Great Great Greats (or so):

You were born in the month of the rowan. This tree was also believed to guard the gateway to the spirit world and its boughs often used for dowsing and deflecting spells. The Rowan is sometimes called the "Whispering Tree" and ancient legend tells that it has secrets to reveal to those who would but listen. In general, Rowan individuals are basically idealistic and progressive thinkers possessed of visionary minds. Rowan people can appear to others as detached and aloof for they are self-contained individuals--and their cool temperament often disguises many passionate beliefs. If Rowans are unable to find an outlet for their powerful imagination, they easily become restless and quarrelsome. However, Rowan people make for excellent listeners and are very respectful of others' opinions. The unpredictable aspect of Rowans is a weak point in terms of relationships and they tend to be somewhat unromantic by nature.
