My real name is Sandy. You can call me Sandra (I answer to that as well) My IM name on my space is piasabird because everything I tried to choose was already taken. However you set it up in the beginning is how will always be, according to Tom anyway. I will post a blog about the piasabird at some point in the future. Originally from Illinois, I moved back after living 10 years in Arlington, Texas and currently live in Worden, Illinois. I say currently because I have decided to return to Texas in early October.....one never knows what life will bring... I am a person who believes in fate/destiny. I believe all the people we meetin life cross our paths for a particular reason. Everyone has something to offer, to teach, to learn from/to the individuals they meet in life. The reason you meet certain people may not be for your benefit. I am a Christian. I have two children. My daughter is in Minnesota and my son lives with me now and then...My daughter has blessed me with two grandsons and one granddaughter. I will post their pictures under the pic section. I love chocolate and creme brulee' and flan! Actually, I like most desserts. I am a pretty good cook and make a pretty mean creme brulee' myself!

My friends are hidden to protect the innocent! (That's me!)I'd like to meet nice people ....people who are not the "all about me" kind of people. Christian people, not that you have to be all about church. I'd like to meet people who have not left their brain at the mall or the local bar. I am not looking to meet a husband here. I believe there are mail order catalogs for that, besides I have someone special created in my mind for that, a very special kind of person. Nor I am looking for (as some emails have suggested) a lot of fun with a nice young stud or a hook up with a young stud for the night. I hate to tell all you young studs this, but "Nice young studs" are a dime a dozen. If you can't be any more innovative than that, don't write to me. I'd like to meet people who enjoy life and make the most of it. I'd like to meet people who are just as comfortable at McDonalds as they are at the nicest restaurant in town. I'd like to meet people who want friends, after all friends make life worthwhile. I like people who can show compassion for others. If you have enough friends, everything else works out. I'd prefer not to meet serial killers, unless of course, you want me to write your book or perhaps collect the rewards out there for information on you. That just about sums it up on who I'd like to meet---oh, wait.......I'd also would like to meet all the people who are giving away a million dollars this month....just to help tide me over in this rough economy.
