Jazz musicians I like...Larry Carlton, Pat Matheny, Lee Ritenour, Kirk Whalum, Sarah Vaghn, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Lionel Hampton. Blues musicians...Eric Clapton, John Lee Hooker, Robert Cray, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Billy Holiday. Others include...Eric Johnson, Peter Gabriel, Kenny Whayne Sheppard, Diana Krall, Tori Amos, Jeff Healy, Tom Waits, Kate Bush, Nelly Furtado. Rock musicians...Metallica, Nine Inch Nails, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, The Beatles, Deep Purple, Frank Zappa, Pat Travers, and much more.I watch T.V. sometimes, but I just get so bored with it. Most T.V. is trying too hard to make you a drone. Or sell something, so I use the time to paint in my studio. that seems to me to be a better use of my time.

Books:

The last good book I read was "Crime and Punishment" by Dolstoiyevski. It took some time, but it had an hypnotic effect. I also like Anne Rice novels, but not before bed.

Heroes:

We all have chinks in our armour...It makes little sence to me to hold any one human being as being better or more worthy of HERO status. I admire many but choose no heroes.
