What is a persons soul? It is the essence deep within that makes you groove to a hip jazz tune. It is the reason you cry when life sucks. It is the place you search when you feel alone. It is the peace you find when you find love. LOVE. A soulmate is virtually impossible to find. If one is so fotunate as to discover this relative kindred spirit... Never should they search again. For a soulmate is the true and honest reflection of yourself in someone else. This person is who you are. Absolute. I have been blessed in a way that defies description to find MY soulmate. Her name given, JODIE. We are one. I love her with a love so true and great that words are not adequit. She is the one I have been meant to be with for the rest of the days that I breathe. I have absolutely no doubt in this, and I will strive for the rest of my life to make her the happiest woman on the face of the earth...no question. She is perfection personified. I LOVE her with all my heart and SOUL. My soulmate.
Jazz musicians I like...Larry Carlton, Pat Matheny, Lee Ritenour, Kirk Whalum, Sarah Vaghn, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Lionel Hampton. Blues musicians...Eric Clapton, John Lee Hooker, Robert Cray, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Billy Holiday. Others include...Eric Johnson, Peter Gabriel, Kenny Whayne Sheppard, Diana Krall, Tori Amos, Jeff Healy, Tom Waits, Kate Bush, Nelly Furtado. Rock musicians...Metallica, Nine Inch Nails, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, The Beatles, Deep Purple, Frank Zappa, Pat Travers, and much more.I watch T.V. sometimes, but I just get so bored with it. Most T.V. is trying too hard to make you a drone. Or sell something, so I use the time to paint in my studio. that seems to me to be a better use of my time.

The last good book I read was "Crime and Punishment" by Dolstoiyevski. It took some time, but it had an hypnotic effect. I also like Anne Rice novels, but not before bed.
We all have chinks in our armour...It makes
little sence to me to hold any one human being
as being better or more worthy of HERO status.
I admire many but choose no heroes.
