About Me

Let's see, I moved to San Diego back in '02 from Seattle. I miss Seattle so damn much, but it is nice here in SD so I'm sticking around for now. I work, take some classes here and there, and I take the bus everywhere because I have no car (such bad luck for me there, grrr...). I love watching scary movies, cooking, bellydance, and I love listening to music ALL the time. I like to observe the world, chill out at my backyard, hang with one of the coolest neighbors I ever had. I think it's good to make the most of every day. I am 100% me. I am respectful, considerate, I try to see both sides of everything and I have a big heart (but really who says they have a small heart...). I don't like to yell but I will say whatever is on my mind. I have a funny, strange sense of humor but maybe it's only me that thinks so, he he :) Of the words people use to describe me, I like "Vixen" the best (rowr...), "Eccentric" is a close second, and then there's "Damn"... :) Myspace Graphics

Music:

I love music. Listen to it all the time, no really. I listen to C89.5 over the internet :D I like everything. I love all the DJ's in my friends list (click on them) plus SO many more. I love TOOL, Sublime, Wolfmother, Muddy Waters, Elvis, Dusty Springfield, Pearl Jam, NIN, Led Zeppelin, Al Greene, Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Janis Joplin, The Strokes, Stevie Ray Vauhn, Patsy Cline, Alice in Chains, Smashing Pumpkins, Deep Purple, Temptations, Marlyn Manson, Def Tones, Aaliyah, Sneaker Pimps, BB King, Jimi Hendrix, , Gypsy Kings, Barry White, Beatles, The Cult, Steely Dan, Chaka Khan, Jett, The Aggrolites, U2, The Police, Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters, Moby, Prince, Rage Against the Machine, Sade, Duran Duran, Black Keys, Radiohead, Soundgarden, Black Crowes, good Lounge music, reggae, all kinds of stuff, all the time... I play violin too, since I was about 8. I can pretty much play any other stringed instrument, just not as well as violin. I grew up playing classical music and I went to school for it, but lately I've been into Gypsy and Eastern European music. Really cool stuff :)

Movies:

Horror flicks! foreign flicks. action. maybe some comedy. stuff that keeps me interested. Dark Knight!!

Television:

i don't own one and i love it :)

Books:

i'm reading The Memoirs of Cleopatra. great book about the most powerful woman in the world :)

Heroes:

I am my own hero. yeah there are people I admire, but dammit life is hard and it really sucks sometimes. I am proud of myself for making it this far alone...
