Barjudah (NEEDS A NEW KEYBOARD PLAYER)

Stay tuned for a HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT!!

About Me

Barjudah is an "undefined style of rock" band from eastern KS. Their passionate lyrics and high energy performances are built up to fufill one goal: to tell others about the awesome gift of Jesus Christ through on and off stage evangelism during the process of "faces getting rocked off"Barjudah's influences cover the spectrum with bands like Taking Back Sunday, Bob Dylan, Radiohead, and The Goo Goo Dolls. The band's music is defined by Caleb's high range authentic vocals, Jeriah's "over the top, filling out the sound" acoustic guitars and his powerful keys, Ox's solid, powerful drumming, and a bass player liable to do anything. This along with a deep emphasis on songwriting, with every member holding the band's work under the highest scruitiny, and a deep love for Jesus Christ defines Barjudah.:::visit www.barjudah.com for concert dates, merch, bios, and mayhem:::

Sounds Like: We've been working hard on getting our new cd "Rode the Six Hundred" completed... we've added two new songs that will be on the album... take note that they are not mixed, mastered, or even edited at that. However, we just thought we would give you a little hint of what is to come... enjoy responsibly!________________________________________________ _we sound like.... The opposite of Jane's Addiction, mixed with the sleekness of Emilio Estevez, the tenderness of a nurturing wildebeest, the innocence of a yearling, and the instinct of a man.... plus music._______________________________________________Barjuda h is inching near its completion of their third full length album, "Rode the Six Hundred". The release date is still up in the air, however October or November would be a good guess. It's an album that speaks about our life and the role our Creator can play in it if we let him. It's a concept album, with war being the main theme. However, friendship, loss, and overcoming are all reocurring elements as well. If you like Barjudah's previous two cd's, that's great! This will sound nothing like it though. The songwriting is completely different. From who writes the songs, to how the band takes the song to its completion, everything has changed. In this cd, all four members of Barjudah are really the songwriters for every track. In the past when one wrote a song, the other members just filled in the gaps. Now, a song is just an idea until the band reshapes the song into something that is their own. The only constance is the message. Just has He stays the same now and forever, so will the message and foundation of Barjudah remain. ________________________________________________________--BA RJUDAH...RODE THE SIX HUNDRED...FALL 2007...GET READY
