Namaskar, My name is Da Da Shiveshanada and I am a Margi monk from the country known in ancient times as Maharlika, which means theland of people, small but having spiritual power and great love for the Supreme Consciousness. This place is now modernly known as the Phillipines. I am a loving missionary servant of the Great Guru, Shri Shri Ananda Murtijii, who we affectionately known and called as Baba. My mission is to help and support the great personalities and those who want to be Great in alleviating the sufferings of our world and its toxicity, through the spiritual practice of meditation and the fundementals of proper diet and exersise, so that they may live long, productive, healthy lives and maintain lucidity to a very advanced age. I have been in this service since 1971 in this life, in attempting to spread the love that Baba shared to us. I believe that the path towards enlightenment and health begins with the structure of our diet, which must fuel the great temple of our bodies. One must practice vegetarianism and take in the proper amounts of the substances that will reduce the toxicity in their system and prolong the quality of their lives to be able to better get in touch with that Infinite love and combined conciousness. And...MEDITATE! MEDITATE! MEDITATE! This is the most fundemental of spiritual practices which will help to alleviate suffering and cure the diseases of the mind and body. I invite you all to my centre in Manila to come grow spiritually and detoxify, to meditate, and chant, and dance, so that we all may become able to reach higher conciuosness and be your owm Master as well. I instruct the Traditional Science of Tantra Yoga and Tai Chi to many and I extend my services to you with open arms in any way I can. I hope we can meet so that we are able to become brothers and sisters unified in health and the beauty of the connection with the divine in our spiritual practices.
