About Me

"I have never been out to an event and never wanted to stop dancing, Mr L has a way to take over the dance floor with his good looks and talent of course!

Music has been his passion from early days and his love to entertain with his music has led to him being one of the best DJs in the west end scene.

Aside from all above, he's is easily out going and can be easily led astray!
I think Mr L is lovable, fun and huggable and most importantly genuine!

There's only 24 hours in one day, you are never promised the next 24 therefore Mr L lives life to the fullest.

Anyone who wants to party with Mr L any night of the week in the westend drop him a line, he doesn't bite... hard"

Speaking for myself now before i let my narrator continue...

I wont bore you with much more of what ive done or do or can do, cos you probably wont read this bit anyway.

I am mr L as i have approximately 54 words at present beginning with L that perfectly describe me including my name, you can play the guessing game with me all you like of what they are, and if you can come up with one that describes me that i dont have in the L dictionary then i shall be sending you a great prize!!

To help i am a lover of art, music and fashion being a graduate in Architecture from kingston university and loving to play music and party has allowed me to follow my so called talents of djing.

Inevitably i love all of it as an influence to everything i do and am keen to hear other peeps point of view, opinion of influence.

Mr L is self employed but is in fact very apart of TKG UK being The Kyzar Group and Dynamix PR.

Besides playing out @ the most exclusive venues in the West End of London, he WILL help you to Indulge, Boogy, and Rub shoulders with the rich and famous, (if your not already)

As described hes a boogy man himself (and that means for one to dance to music - not the Boogy man monster) He would like to Play with you, Play for you anytime of the week, so dont be shy to...

Musical Influences

6.5 years old was when i first set sight on a pair of technics 1210's mk I and a great whopping pair of jamo speakers with the blaring sounds of Lisa Lisa and the Cult Jam - let the beat hit 'em. (by crumbs what a tune!!!)

That was the point i quoted that "i want to do that." Sounds ridiculous at 6an a half I know. However with the eclectic mix of sounds that rolled in one ear and out the other no thanx to the ear wax, subliminally my knowledge of music was ever growing. However i can definitely say that i DONT know it all, cos one CANT know it all, but one can try, and boast to say they do, but in all fairness their telling fibs n tales!!!

Henceforth @ 9 years my father brought me home my first vinyl record ICE ICE BABY - Vanilla Ice, and when i discovered how to record onto tape and not get wrapped up in it like a brown egyptian mummy, was when my collection and making compilations commenced.

Recording vinyls, songs from the radio, recording from tape to tape, whatever was good i recorded it. It was fun, and the most fun part was letting people listening to it (well sneaking it into the tape player in the car before the rents got wind of) they used to cuss, but i know they loved it really!!!!

So when did i learn to mix my beats?

I learnt the basics at 12, never acqurired any dex til 98 15 years afer birth, and even then it was rarely used, blame the rents for lecturing me on them being a waste of time when i should be studying!! (And you never argued back unless you wanna feel the wrath of the back of the african hand - dry as well!!!) And to date still dont have a pair - Broke ass architecture student) but thats not cos of the hand, its cos ive not needed them and ive still got to where i am today.

So till this day its what i still dwell upon, collecting and making compilations and i know perfectly well I will never have everything,( so dont expect any obscure tune you ask for to be in the bagand get played - i aint Mr Jukebox!!!) ... Although i try and get anything on any format possible, be it vinyl, tape, minidisc, cd, mp3, or even through video -and with the collection i have, I relish to bring it through any set i play out whether it be in the stix of kent or that house party in your living room.

So where have i played out?? mmm...
