Kilyakai (KILL-YA-KIGH) is a 6 piece band born from the ashes of several established bands in the Calgary metal scene. Although Kilyakai is young, it has recieved much acclaim from those in said scene, through the few shows it has played. Their yet-to-be-titled debut EP will be available in the early part of 2008 for your ear-deafening pleasure, with many shows to follow. Kilyakai prides itself in pushing the limits of music, and the limits of the listener with an "all-inclusive" style and performance. Categorizing is impossible for anyone in the band, as no one has been able to pin them to a specific sound or even genre. Kilyakai looks forward to bringing their sensory overload approach to the masses in a big way.
