To the world, you may be one person, but to one person, you may mean the world...

About Me

--"I don't want to be a product of my environment. I want my environment to be a product of me." Frank Costello (Jack Nicholson)--The Departed (2006)

"

I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. I have lived in Central NY for 7 years. I am a daughter, a sister, a true friend, a granddaughter, and a niece. There is nothing more important to me than family and friends, and there is nothing I wouldn't do for them. My friends tell me I am very caring, honest, dependable, funny, and an overall great person. Honesty is very important to me. I cannot stand liars or people who tell me what they think I want to hear. Writing is my passion, and I know it is where my future lies. Over the past few years I have tried my best to become a better person. I have taken better care of myself, and I love the person I have become. Everyday is a learning experience for me. All I ask is that you take me as I am...

My Interests

In case you cannot tell, I am a true, blue Buffalo Sabres fan. I have followed the team since I was about 4 years old. Although, if you ask my mom, she will tell you I have been a Sabres fan since before I was born. During the '75 playoffs, everytime the Sabres scored, I kicked the living daylights out of her. (That had to have been painful, as she was about 8 or 9 months pregnant with me at the time. Sorry mom...hehe) I will pickup an interest in NASCAR, once hockey season ends. My favorite driver is Dale Earnhardt, Jr, and I feel racing hasn't been the same since Dale, Sr. passed. I love Starbucks, and one of my favorite pastimes is to sit at Barnes and Noble with a frappuccino browsing the literature. I love Broadway shows, and I have seen several shows, including Phantom of the Opera. Window shopping at the area malls is always fun. Come summer, I love sitting at the beach and smacking a softball around at the nearby batting cages. Road trips and "Girls' Nights Out" are always fun, right AJ? Hehe. I have taken up freelance writing, and I have been involved in editing and heading up a newsletter project for a friend. I am interested in almost anything and everything...

I'd like to meet:

I am always open to meeting and making new friends from all walks of life. I am always here to lend an ear or a helping hand to my friends. You can always count on me. I would love to meet the man of my dreams. Someone who can lift my spirits when I am feeling low. Someone to make me smile across a crowded room. Someone to love me as much as I love him. However, this is not an invitation for any guy looking to play with my emotions or for "one nighters." I am a loving, caring, compassionate woman. I don't give my heart to just anyone. I need to know you are sincere and devoted to only me. Only then, will you win my heart...So, NO! I am NOT here for an internet love connection. To me, love goes deeper than the internet. The connection is felt through strong friendship first, and the rest develops later. Love is worth a lot more to me than $24.95 per month, or whatever those money hungry dating sites charge. Money can't buy you love!
