Lucidity was formed in late 2004. Back then we didn..t have any goals in the bands future, we were just playing. But later on the songs started to form the shape of the bands music, melodic (death) metal
After six months of intense practise first studio material was recorded in Karstula, Riuttarecords studios. It was only a ..practise.. session. Everything happened too fast. But it was enlightening experience.
After the studio session, the band was forced to have a brake. The rehearsal place in Lutakko was under reconstruction. So we didn..t have a place to rehearse. From June to December we had maximum 10 rehearse sessions. But during that period, even we had no rehearsal place, we made songs.
During the that brake, our music changed a bit. The shape of our music is more death metal, but at the same time more atmospheric and melodic. So with a bit changed style, again, we marched to studio. The same studio. But this time we decided to take our time, and carefully finish this one. The session turned out to be nigthmare. This time nightmare was equipments fault.
Finally in january 2007 we got our newest demo out. Now our main target is having some good gigs and keep up composing new songs!
