Alive Stone
Young and talented Alexander Emelin also known as Alive Stone has
begun his career in 2007.
The musician was born in 1984 in Ukraine, Lvov. He loved the
music since the early childhood. Lasting many hours listening vinyl
discs on turnable "VEGA", playing the guitar, interesting in radio
stations and music production have put the beginning and also showed
that music plays a big role in his life. He got influence from
Chicane, Robert Miles, Jean Michel Jarre, Enigma. Alive Stone consider
that music should remain music, combining beauty and harmony inside.
The main stylistics of Alive Stone are melodic trance and atmospheric
progressive.
In the autumn 2006 Alive Stone together with DJ Base-T starts his
own radioshow that dedicated to Trance and Progressive culture -
"Escape Session" on Sentimental Radio. At the beginning of the year
2007 he has signed his first tracks to Tranceport Recordings and one
of these tracks "Alive Stone – Crush" was supported by many world top
DJ's and gets to the chart of the biggest online music shop -
beatport.com. Soon after follows next release "Strength of Wind" which
also got huge support from Ukrainian and Russian DJ's. This track also
was included to CD compilation "Tranceport Vol 1" in June 2007.
Further he signed tracks "Snowslip" and "Summer City" to Abstraction
Records" and these tacks got huge interest from listeners. Also we
have to pay attention to one of last Alive Stones work – remix on
"Toltec – Afterglow" which got support from one of the hottest
producers around at the moment – Sean Tyas. Alive Stone has allowed to
download this bootleg for free in good quality.
Creativity of Alive Stone gets huge interest and support. He
always gets offers for participation in various radioshows. He creates
Guest mixes, Promo-mixes, teamwok tracks and remixes. His tracks,
remixes and mixes got huge support and rotated at many radiostations
of SND and Europe.
