My vocal range can vary from high to low from smooth to raspy, from hard to relax. I want to work with many artists in the industry to challenge those ranges.
In the process of recording my own songs. I ran into many troubles because of the recording space condition in which made it difficult to record and no one there who could hear me and assist and say things like try it this level or this way, ok what do you think of the two. I want to work with other producers to incorporate what I already know and build upon that.My knowledge is strictly from the love of music, an ear for music, and books to replenish the technicality side of things.
I try to focus on the realism of music when I create a song. Feeding on emotion and not a loop in which the artist has to force emotion or create the emotion on their own. If my vocals are considered instruments then what is music?I want to be able to use my music in movies, commercials, TV shows ect. I figure if the music is good without the Vocals then with the vocals, walls will fall. So I envision what I am feeling just by listening to the music alone. Then I compare it to the song that I have written for it and at that point I focus on structure. More so how I am going to sing the song. This is difficult what I do as a single soul. I critic myself so hard I stress myself out. Music is important to me so it should be presented as such.
