Rotating Can Be So Painful.....

About Me

Well...here we are at about the halfway point in the 13 part SAUPG thrillogy. It's a perfect time to reflect on where we've been and exactly where the hell we are going. Our anti-heros' punk commune was a thriving ,burgeoning hotbed of creativity run amok. There simply were not enough hours in a day to commit the vast and prolific stream of ideas to paper, tape or memory. What we have here, thankfully,is a small piece...the tip of the iceberg if you please...of the enormous and powerful forces for which we were hungry and humble conduits. The artistic leaps and bounds taken during those last few years of the under-appreciated 70's left our core members forever changed.Having been to the top of The Mountain,we could now slow the machine down and truly appreciate the simple beauty of the valleys and flatlands below. Doctor Amber

Getting stitched up as much as I did during the SAUPG heyday was fun and all but, let's face it,it could put quite a strain on the pocketbook. Stitches of the '70's didn't dissolve like the stitch...
