About Me

Known to some as Gill ... others Bill .... MA G .... Will ..... Gillieflower - I'm also Mum and Nana - describred as eccentric which I celebrate wholeheartedly ..I'm a 51 year old "hippie" - proud Mum of 3 beautiful daughters, Rach, Jude and Lynz and Nana to my awesome Grandson James - whose 2 years old.I was born in Acocks Green, Birmingham and lived there until I was 13 years old - we then moved to Tanworth-in-Arden and I went to Alcester Grammar School (if any of you spot me on this website - please get in touch!) I left in 1971 and went to Stratford College for a year.Music still plays a big part in my life ... I try to go to as many Gigs as I can - I don't watch TV so spend any "free" time listening to music, reading, gardening. I'm interested in all aspects of holistic medicine, I'm studying Reflexology at Redditch College and hope to obtain my diploma in 2 years. I also have Reiki I and take my Reiki II course in January - I aim to become a Reiki Master.I have this urge to experience everything I possibly can in life ... even if only once to know whether I want to try it again!!I'm passionate about most things ... love the changing colours of the leaves throughout the Seasons, adore beautiful sunsets, watch the cloud and star formations and equally love open fires in the Winter with freshly chopped apple logs on - the aroma is lovely ... I love Christmas Eve - truly magical!
