A little bit about me:I am generally a happy, friendly person - I enjoy meeting new people and helping people in my job - (I work at Lush, Derby).I studied Fine Art and A Level English Literature at South East Derbyshire College for two years between 1997 - 1999. I was greatly inspired by the art of Georgia O' Keefe, Andy Goldsworthy, Mucha, Art Noveau style, H R Geiger ...I then moved to Leeds where I became involved with the RSPCA. I worked as a volunteer at Leeds RSPCA for two years, dog walking, cleaning etc before moving back to my home town of Derby where I started working at Derby RSPCA. Over the course of the next three years I worked my way up to being Animal Centre Manager - a role I did for the next two years.After leaving the RSPCA I decided I wanted to do something that was still very social but that still benefited animals. So I decided to apply for any vacancies that might be available at Lush. I now work there practically full time.I am a vegan and am totally opposed to animal testing. I have a passion for shiney things!! I love gothic and cyber clothing, unusual make up and footwear. I am slightly obsessive compulsive!!
