About Me

As of now, I'm a casting director for random reality shows, and I love the variety of topics I've had the good luck of working on (Boxers, Bad Kids, Singers, Wannabe Cooks). I'm an exploitation filmmaker at heart, so I suppose reality shows satisfy me for the immediate time being. I also have a website for the 16mm film I made in college. It's about an Asian Brother and Sister crimefighting team who use the power of original pop music to solve child molestation cases. www.dickandsissy.com or www.myspace.com/dickandsissyDick and Sissy's Funtime Crime Adventure: Episode 1, Part 1

My Interests

Film Production, Writing, Marijuana and the many ways of injesting/smoking it, Reality Shows, Working Out, Taking half-naked pictures of myself and putting them on MySpace, Playing old Sega CD Full Motion Video Games like Night Trap and Double Switch, and rhythm-type games like Britney Dance Beat or Donkey Konga. I just got a Tassimo, and I love that thing (it's basically a beverage-maker that uses T-Discs w/ barcodes. It reads the barcode and makes the "perfect" cup of coffee/hot choclate/latte/tea etc.) Horror and exploitation movies influence me heavily, but I SWEAR I'm not a psycho in real life.

I'd like to meet:

I try and keep my profile "pure" by only accepting adds and not adding anyone on my own (so I know how popular I truly am by MySpace standards). I try and respond to messages, but only if they perk my interest beyond the standard "you're hot". Although I always enjoy a compliment. My AIM is myspacepeter (but I'm rarely online chatting). And of course I'd like to meet Maury, the Swedish Producers I'm so fond of, Dame Edna, and I've met John Waters a few times, but that's always a thrill.

Wii

I've always been a Sega guy (Sega CD and the wonderful FMV subgenre captivated me as a youth), but I'm incredibly excited about the new Nintendo console. I find myself obsessively checking joystiq.com...

Music

Music is pretty important to me, and I listen to the same songs exclusively for long periods of time (and I mean months and months of the same handful of intense up-tempo pop songs). I don't really li...

The Hills Have Eyes Remake and Paradise Hotel

I had the insane good luck of seeing a test screening of The Hills Have Eyes remake. I can't even explain how amazingly violent and effective this film was... I think Alexandre Aja did such a good job...

Land of the Dead/A Dirty Shame/Images in a Convent/Freaked

I've been trying to get off my ass and really crack down on a film project. Or at least a presentable script. I'm not really a schlump in the creative writing process, I've just been out of practice p...
