Iam 48 years old and I guess you can tell by my picture my hobby is Confederate reenacting and riding Harleys with my wife, Angela, some folks think I'm nuts because of all of my "Hobbies" but thats alright. I Love War between the States reenacting, Confederate of course. We don't call it a "Civil War" cause we weren't trying to overthrow anyone! They invaded us! Read your real history books.

I was born in Middlesboro Kentucky but only because there was nowhere to born except at home in Arthur Tennessee, thus I guess I be a Kentuckian by proxy. I Love the Kentuck/Tennessee/Southwest Virginie mountains though and ifin the good Lord wills it, I'll die here although I hope to live past 100 cause I just plain ole enjoy life. I play the mandolin and I reckon it is one of the best bluegrass instruments around. I used to love to fix-up old cars but now I love go 4-wheeling in my Jeep and I ride my Harley Heritage Softail everytime I get a chance(Thanks James for getting it running and thanks Bro for selling it to me!) I also love to travel the country with my family in our Dutchman camper, we have had some of the best trips..... I have lived or traveled all over this globe but there is nowhere like it is below the Mason/Dixon line. Most folks in this country are great although I seem to be more comfortable with my Southern brothers and sisters.
Married my High school sweetheart, been married 28 years. She is a dandy and puts up with my weird ways.
I have three beautiful daughters, a fantastic wife and family and also a dandy Son in Law but don't tell him....
I have a job that I love. I am a Postmaster and been with the Postal Service with 25 years.
I am a proud Southern American and very proud of my Confederate/Appalachian heritage.
I was saved when I was 15 and have been a Christain ever since.
I Love my Church, Corbin First United Methodist (although they decided to change the name to "Grace on the Hill" it will always be 1st United Methodist to me) and I believe the Lord is at work there.
I was lucky to have a great set of parents and a fantastic brother...he is 5 years older and a good feller
I was proud to serve my country in the United States
Navy for 20 years. 4 years active duty onboard ship and 16 reserve duty in the Navy Seabees.
Being in the service made me proud to be an American and made me appreciate my Country when I saw how other people had to live.
I am conservative in my politics "BUT" I feel everybody has a right to their own opinion just don't put down our soldiers and sailors who have enabled us to voice our opinions.
If you want to gripe about this Country some of you able bodied folks who just want to complain need to get a job and stop your belly aching or better yet, go overseas and see how folks live for yourself, you'll come back ! Our Country is not perfect but it is the best in the world !
I consider myself a regular feller but I still love to hear the National Anthem, My Old Kentucky Home and of course Dixie. I feel folks should stand when they are played.
I have the best friends in the world and I would do just about anything for them. Thanks, Ray, Edgar, Ronnie, Jimmy, The General to name a few for being my other brothers, I'm lucky because I have to many friends to mention here.
I'am proud to be a member of the following organizations:5th kentucky Infantry, Sons of Confederate Veterans, Freedom Riders, Rolling Thunder,Pond Fork Masonic Lodge at Annville Kentucky and Cumberland Valley in Gray, Kentucky, Lifetime DAV, VFW, NRA, Harley Owners Group H.O.G., Patriot Riders,Tin-Can Sailors association, National Association of Postmasters and the Sons of Confederate Veterans Mechanized Cavalry.
I have several adoptive sons who reenact with me and my family. They make me feel better about the youth in this Country.All in in all the Good Lord has been good to me.
