Barbara Jean was the owner's wife and it was named after her... or so the story goes. Darrell Hammond from SNL was our voice character talent on the morning show. He and I became very close friends through that time. It's worth mentioning that later in my career while hosting the Jingle Ball for Z95.7 in San Francisco, (see photo below) the boys from Insync reminded me that they grew up listening to me on Bj105!Cooper, Peyton and Eli Manning!..
