Music:
Rock mostly (all through the ages). But I love acoustic/mellow, folk, reggae, classics/oldies, blues, and all sorts of other random stuff!
Basically anything that catches my ear, so to speak.
My favourite band of all time is Extreme. And the rest, well, the list is endless...

Movies:
Comedy, thriller, action, drama, a bit of horror (as long as it doesn't involve werewolves or spiders!).
Among my favourite actors are Ed Norton, John Cusack, Keanu Reeves, Nicolas Cage, Johnny Depp, the whole Frat Pack especially Will Ferrell and the Wilson brothers, Jason Lee, Sandra Bullock, Kate Hudson...
Directors - basically anyone that doesn't butcher the movie! Steven Spielberg (of course!), Oliver Stone (particularly for Platoon and Salvador), John Hughes (do I need a reason?), Cameron Crowe (for his perfect marriage of music and story telling), Kevin Smith (except for the donkey scenes in Clerks 2!)...

Television:
Too many shows! Off the top of my head, Lost (I'm slightly obsessed), 24, ER, Bones, House, Grey's Anatomy, Boston Legal, That 70s Show, Frasier, Friends, Everybody Loves Raymond (even though they're all finished!), My Name Is Earl, Two And a Half Men, Simpsons, Futurama, Family Guy...I could go on!
I still get a kick out of this Lost Rhapsody...
Books:
Not a big reader, but when I do read it usually involves Terry Pratchett.
Heroes:
We're all heroes in our own way...Speaking of Heroes, that's another one for the TV list!
