Minaya music

Minaya (also known as "Glenni by her friends") was born in Dominican Republic in the capital Santo Domingo. At the age of 5, she moved with her family to Sweden to a small town north of Stockholm called Borlänge. Later on she moved by her own to Stockholm to study healthcare. She is now a registered nurse. Music has always been a central part of her life starting with being a member of a church-choir at the age of 8. And later on there was several events and performances. a.o Backing-vocals for different artists in studios and live performances. After moving to Stockholm she started to focus on her own career by working with different producers in Stockholm. Whith her guitar by her side she is writing songs, mostly in Swedish but also in English and Spanish. The music is a combination of singer/songwriter/pop/soul. Right now she is mostly writing (co/writing) music at "Hallen" with producers Fredrik Samsson, and Peter Cartriers. And has also been working with talented and wellknown artists, songwriters and musicians in Sweden a.o Staffan Hellstrand, Michael Persson, Moh Denebi, James Gamba,.. to name a few. *More songs will be added shortly and we will keep you guys updated about gigs! :-)
