About Me

Frame sliders, bar ends, swing arm spools and foot pegs. That's where it all began with KOS Racing. We started manufacturing foot pegs, bar ends, frame sliders and swing arm spools for the pocket bike industry some years ago. We found the products on the market for pocket bike racing were scarce and of poor quality we decided to machine some of our own parts to help protect our bikes when we crashed. And yes we crashed….often. But that's that happens when you race pocket bikes. You crash and you crash often. You may think, hmm, pocket bikes? Well to give you an idea Valentino Rossi started racing pocket bikes, and a good bike will hit 60 mphs, which is quick when you are only 18 inches off the ground and the bike weighs 45 lbs. Even recently we have seen Rossi ride a pocket bike from time to time. It wasn't long before people were asking for sets of their own to protect their bikes. KOS Racing quickly became the industry leader for bar ends, frame sliders and foot pegs for the pocket bike industry around the world. The evolution of KOS Racing: Traveling around to numerous pocket bike races we often encountered racers on Yamaha YSR 50's as well as Honda NSR's. We were getting asked all the time for similar products for these sized bikes. Well you can imagine just because people race these smaller bikes doesn't mean they don't own sport bikes. The smaller bikes got many many riders into racing without the significant cost of track days.Because of the popularity of our bar ends, frame sliders and swing arm spools for the smaller bikes it was a natural transition for us to move into the sport bike market. At last, KOS Racing is now in the sport bike world, and here for good. The KOS Racing difference: We manufacture all of our swing arm spools, bar ends and frame sliders in house, on our machines by our hands, right here in the USA. We constantly look for new products we can manufacture that will be an asset to the racer, the weekend rider and bike enthusiasts in general. We listen to our customers, we value your business and we expect to EARN the right to do business with you. You don't assume it. That means we are dedicated to returning every email, phone call, snail mail question, comment or idea we get. We don't believe in "we are too busy to take your phone call, and its better to send us an email" line. We are in the business of service and what has, and always will be, our number one asset, will be our customer service to our customers. Feel to call 512-636-2647.Our products have survived probably more crashes than any other frame slider, bar end or swing arm spool on the market today. It is not uncommon for a single rider to crash 3 times in one single day of racing a pocket bike. We have engineered our sport bike products with the same mind set…keep the racer in mind at all times. You will notice the difference in the KOS Racing brand product line, not only have we developed our products and manufactured them but we also made them available in different colors, sizes and models so you get the custom look you are looking for. www.kosracing.com
