1980 - Born in Oslo, Norway.
1987 - Managed to achieve the "Svømmeknappen"-medal. This norwegian honor is only given to the physical and psychological pioneers of Norway.
1992 - Won the bronze medal at Haglebuaden, a norwegian cross-country championship. Only beaten by next-door-cabin-neighbour Kjersti and Apollo`s 4 year younger sister Line.
1995 - Debuted as a concert-artist at Brannfjell School with the band called "Musikkhøyskolen" (The University of Music). Good name, terrible band.
Also performed the now legendary song "Carmen`s Hekk" (Carmen`s Ass) with sidekick Johnny Woodleg (now YogaFire`s manager) and legendary MC Magnus "Burger`n" Borge (who acctually didn`t dare to go on stage).
1999 - Was included on Norway`s first rap-compilation "Rhymers Bench" with the song "Pravda" with Lazarus from the norwegian rap-group Uro.
2000 - Released the EP "Scenario". The radio-singel "Femte Kolonne" got high rotation on norways national radiostations. Was also featered as a guest artist on a lot of different releases including: Klovner i Kamp - "Schwiin", Tungtvann - "Nord og Ned".
2001 - Toured the whole of Norway while working on debut-album in isitArt? Studios in Sweden.
2002 - Released debut-album Mine Damer og Herrer on Universal Music. Including radiohits: "Hvite Netter", "Sperra Inne" and "Svake Mennesker". Played lots of concerts and was nominated for the best rap-album catagories at the "Spellemannsprisen" and "Alarmprisen". (The Norwegian grammys)
2003 - Travelled in South-America for half a year.
2004 - Released the album Satans Sirkus on Universal Music. "Including the radio-hits: "Hva Faen Tror`u?" and "Kjære Mamma" feat. Karpe Diem .
2005 - Took a year off to renovate apartment. Ended up forming YogaFire with norwegian group Klovner i Kamp . Got in 9th place for the "Norway`s most sexy"-list in the fashion magazine ELLE .
2006 - Got taken off the "Norways most sexy"-list in ELLE. Working on YogaFire`s debut.
