We are proud to announce that Voices Unlimited is currently the 2nd Place Harmony Classic Division A Medalists! We had a great time and what a way enter the International arena. Congrats to all the IES champions and competitiors it was really a wonderful weekend.Voices Unlimited has earned unprecedented highs by being the first small chorus in the history of Sweet Adelines to have a Master Director of a small chorus, by earning a score of over 600 points. We took the world by storm with our contest package which included "After You’ve Gone" and "If You Love Me, Really Love Me". What an amazing weekend! And with a score of 621 points, your second place chorus.... VOICES UNLIMITED!!!Our Master Director...Dede Nibler has been a music educator, vocal and choral chach, director and vocalist for over 35 years! She has been actively involced in Sweet Adelines since 1976 and has won many awards in numerous quartets and as chorus director at both the Regional and International levels. In 1995 she earned the title of National Music Educator of the Year by Sweet Adelines International and as if she didn’t have enough to do, she is also a gifted musical arranger. Her talents and skills have brought her to coach throughout the world in places like the United States, Australia, New Zealand and 12 other countries involved with Sweet Adelines International.
Our Assistant Director Erin Lunn is also an extremely talented musician. Winning numerous awards in quartet’s such as Taylor Made and TBA, she is also the Region 11 Membership and Marketing Coordinator. Her hard work and dedication at the regional level turned heads and recently Sweet Adelines International President Pat LeVesu appointed Mrs. Lunn to the International Membership and Marketing team! Congratulations Erin on such an amazing accomplishment! Wow, who would have thought the Voices Unlimited would posess such a wide variety of expertise! I guess that’s why we’re UNLIMITED!!
