Frequency begins at the beginning of 2006, as the evolution of the disbanded The Obsidian and the join with some members of Black November which was disbanded too recently.
The Nexus was Juanan who played in the two bands mentioned. From the first day the worked well together and know what music they want to develop. The final objective was not to copy all the clitches outm from one band or style but to mix elements from all our likes.In this way in Frequency you can hear influences from various types of styles which the band components like but it is observed an strong predominance of Melodic Death, Thrash or Progressive Metal (Yea different influences but WE ALWAYS STAY METAL ya' know)
The band first record was the promo "Oniric" with two songs prepared specifically to participate in "Alberto Cano's" Memorial, then the band had his first "jump to the stages" at the youn artist contest Crystal Ball where we harvest very good results and response from the people.
Actully the band is recording the second demo (first official) which name is not set yet.
------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------Frequency surge a principios de 2006, como la evolución del desaparecido grupo The Obsidian y la unión de varios de sus componentes con miembros de otro grupo también recientemente disuelto.
El contacto surgió mediante Juanan que pertenecÃa a ambos grupos, y el proyecto ilusionó a todos. Desde el primer momento se compenetraron bien y sabÃan que querÃan hacer. El objetivo era no ceñirnos a un estilo y dejarse llevar por lo que fuera saliendo. De este modo en Frequency se pueden observar las influencias dispares de cada uno de los componentes en los que predominan el death metal, el thrash y el progresivo.
Tras una demo inicial "Oniric" de dos temas preparada precipitadamente para participar en el memorial Alberto Cano el grupo afronta su debut en el certamen de jovenes artistas Bola de Cristal donde cosecharon buenas crÃticas.
Actualmente el grupo se encuentra inmerso en la grabación de lo que será su primera maqueta official cuyo nombre aún no esta resuelto.
