Well, I play bass guitar. I like to chill out when I can, watch films, play games, rock out. Obviously, like most people my age, my social life revolves around the pub and going to local gigs.
When I was a kid I always wanted to meet celebrities...but I've met a few as I was growing up and they're not magical or anything. So I'm just happy with meeting anybody who has something interesting to say.
I've got a bit of a varied taste when it comes to music. I reckon my main genre I like to listen to is rock/nu-metal, but I listen to all sorts of other things. I like early 90's dance music, classic rock, blues, jazz, even the odd bit of classical, wierd I know.
I love to watch the animated cartoons that are being pounded out all the time; Cars, Flushed Away, Wallace & Gromit, Ice Age etc.
I do like all other kinds though, action, comedies, epics, sci-fi, all of them. I'm not big on rom-coms or horrors, but I'll happily sit through them.
I don't watch TV that much. There's not really that much on these days that I want to watch. I like the older comedies though; Not The 9 O'Clock News, Porridge, Dad's Army, all that kind of stuff.
My all time favorite book is Hobson & Co: Paranormal Investigators by Brian Hughes. It's a northern set working class comedy, sci-fi, horror. It's bloody brilliant!
My other favorite author is Terry Pratchett. The Discworld series is absolutely brilliant.
At the minute, I'm ploughing my way through a book called Baudolino by Umberto Eco. So far it's a good read.
Well, I'm too busy leading my own life that I've never really stopped and thought "wow, I want to be like them". I suppose the only people who I look up to are my closest friends. Some of them have been through so much in their lives and have come out the best set of muppets I know. Love y'all!
