About Me

I'm Jay Bluemke. I produce, direct and edit telivision shows on a variety of networks. I'm sure you've seen something I've worked on (Ghost Hunters, Ripley's Believe It or Not, The Jamie Kennedy Experiment, The Bachelor, World's Wildest Police Videos, and so many more). I'm also Co-Producer and Co-Director on a couple fantastic documentaries that will be completed soon and ready for the festival circuit. My next step is feature film. I'm gearing up to make a movie, the topic of which is still to be determined. I have so many ideas...I just need to settle on one. Wish me luck, cross your fingers, blow an eyelash, find a four leaf clover, snap the wishbone and say a prayer. Thanks.

My Interests

Movies, movies and movies.

I'd like to meet:

Good writers. I write, but my time is so limited. I really need a fantastic writer that is on the same wavelength. If this is you, I want to meet you.

Music:

Just about everything with the exception of most country and opera.

Movies:

Too many to list. I must say though that when I bought my first DVD, it was "Apocalypse Now".

Television:

I grew up watching way too much. My dad always said, "Boy, you better get a job in TV because you don't know anything else!". Hmmmmmm.

Books:

Never learned to read...I write wonderfully though. This has been dictated.

Heroes:

My Grandfather (83 and spunkier than myself)
