About Me

I am hairstylist / colorist / yoga instructor @ this great space...
Myspace Layout Stealer Pimp Myspace
*I have been cutting and styling hair for most of my life, and professionally for 7 years. I specialize in advanced and creative cuts and styles, and wedding hair styling. A combination of style, talent, skills, and my understanding of personalities makes me a phenomenal hair stylist. Most of my myspace friends are clients, so if you like their looks, I can be held partially responsible!
*In addition, I have an undoubted conviction that everyone needs yoga in their lives. I have been practicing yoga for 6 years now and have recently started instructing yoga classes. My practice and my classes focus on strength, grace, and detoxifying the body while synchronizing our mind with our movement, breath and energy. Oh, and of course finding comfort in your body, and peace of mind. I hope to share my understanding of yoga while continuing to learn and experience it for myself.
I studied with Larry Schulz and his crew (Katie, Marie, and all the other wonderful It's Yogis) at "It’s Yoga" in San Francisco. The training was in traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa style and I still use many Ashtanga concepts and postures in my classes.
