1.)You must send in a picture THROUGH A MESSAGE
*Pictures sent through comments are not acceptable
2.)Your picture will be placed in "View My Pics"
3.)Everyone votes only once.
*This includes the person who's picture it is. If a friend or whoever votes more than once, they're entire vote will not be counted. If the owner of the picture votes more than once then, he/she will be disqualified.
4.)DO NOT send rude comments to other participants.
