Hi Im Dave Im a 30 year old guy from the north west of England. Im a huge music fan, enjoy attending gigs, collecting rare and not so rare vinyl, whilst doing my utmost to ensure that downloading will not win the day and that the good old independent record shop will survive through all this completly pointless technology. I am the lead singer/lyricist on a band called Karma City Exiles (currently just on a live hiatus, but who knows what the future may hold) I support the mighty Crewe Alexandra and despite everyone crapping on about how great Dario Gradi is and how all these young players have earned us lots of cash, he has yet to come up with a half decent defender in 23 years. Hence we dont win much. I also DJ and currently have a montly slot at the quite splendid Bowling Green pub in Northwich. Will be putting on bands each month as well, semi acoustic, folk, pysch, anything really, if you fancy being put on one of the nights, get in touch. I play a real mix of funk, soul, indie, rock, pysch, garage, post punk. You name it ! Have a big passion for cricket. Used to play, but realised you cant drink copious amounts of beer whilst playing, so thought watching was the future. Support Yorkshire (dont ask why, I genuinaly dont know, I was young and wanted to be different) and I am a member too. Cant forget my beautiful wife Pippa, who is my trusty sidekick, always and forever.Also thoroughly enjoy taking photos at the many gigs (although I often Im a little too drunk to be assed muscling my way to the front just to take snaps), some of my sober snaps are in the slideshow just above
