Influences: Let's see... Kindergarten was The Beatles - the old stuff. 1st and 2nd grade was Zeppelin and Steve Miller. In 3rd grade I was really into oldies - Big Chill Soundtrackish. 4th grade was Devo - hats, shades and everything (ever seen The Truth About Devolution?). The next couple years were Cheech & Chong, then Nick and Ted made their funky tape. Soon after the funky tape came out, Bill and Ted came out with a movie - coincidence? Next came Easy E and Guns and Roses. Flood gates soon opened up. Amphi MOCPAS introduced Metallica, reinforced Skynyrd and Neil Young (simultaneously), and opened me up to punk-rock. College was hippyville - thank God for The Allman Bros. Lately been into Beach Boys, Kings of Leon, Frank Black and the Catholics, Old Crow Medicine Show, White Stripes, Willie Nelson, Ween, lots of other stuff. I think I forgot to say CCR. Townes Van Zandt, Biatch!
