I am here for Friends

About Me

I am an outgoing person with the ability to laugh at myself and believe me, that hapens quite often. I somehow have this tendency to make a fool of myself but luckily it is the funny and not the stupid way! I love my family, friends, travelling, food (lebanese especially!!!), sunny days, ocean, snorkling, surfing (well, the professionals wouldn't call it surfing, but who cares), working out, the smell of the forrest after the rain, live gigs, really cold and dark winter nights, hot chocolate, strawberry margaritas, downhill skiing, sexy high heels, Bath and Body Works products, cats and I am always up for new and exciting things.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone with an open mind and a free spirit.

Music:

This depends on my mood, but mostly I listen to R&B, pop and rock. Althoug my beautiful sisters have thought me to also like heavymetal. Last CD I bought was a finnish band called Lauri Tähkä and Elonkerjuu. I have noticed that older I get more I like to listen to music in my mother tongue. Lately I have been listening to arabic music. Li Beirut by Fayrouz (a lebanese singer) is on my top list. It reminds me of my childhood as I used to listen to that song with my father.

Movies:

I am not very big on spending my money on those over expensive movie tickets but I do enjoy watching Tom Hanks, Jack Nicholson, Sean Connery and of course Johnny Depp. From female actressees my favorites are Jennifer Connelly and Meryl Streep. And sure there are plenty more of those gifted ones which right now I just can't think of. Of course I have to mention Borat. Sacha Cohen does such a fine work. I did laugh my ass off!!! His previous Ali G movie was also hilarious.

Television:

Grey's Anatomy!!! Ain't nothing better than that!! Sex and the city and Desperate housewifes. I also enjoy documentaries. The discovery channel is the best!!

Books:

I love reading novels, I wish I had more time for that. Paulo Coelho and Eric-Emmanuel Schmitt are my absolute favorites.

Heroes:

I don't have heroes but I admire certain kind people. Nelson Mandela for example. Anyone with strong sense of right and wrong. And the ability to symphatize with those who are in the need of help.
