I've been happily married to my best friend & soulmate Jesse AKA Jrod, for 8 1/2 years but we've been together 13 1/2. We've been through a lot together, bad and good, but we're thankful for the life we have now!
¤I come from a disfunctional family, but then again who doesn't. With me, what you see is what you get. No games or drama here, I pretty much wear my heart on my sleeve which is not always a good thing! I'm definitely not a girly girl and the color pink doesn't fit into my world. I make no apologies for not conforming to the expectations of others. "Like me or hate me, learn to love me!";]
On a clear night, I like to kickback in a lounge chair and just stargaze. I prefer the moon to the sun, there is something captivating about the moon and the light it gives out. At the beach, a full moon with a black sky flickering bright stars and waves crashing on the shore is the most amazing sight to see and hear.
I love music, through tough teenage years it was and continues to be my escape & has saved my sanity. What can I say, music is my therapy. I love my family & friends & would do just about anything for them. I'm easily amused, love to laugh & to make people laugh. I'm tough but fair and I'm passionate about things I love and believe in. I love to sing, so I try to learn the words to songs so I can sing along with them. I love dolphins, I love the ocean; it's a peaceful healing place to be. Sometimes I talk too fast just to get everything out of my head before I forget what I'm gonna say. LOL. I'm protective and tough, only when I have to be, but don't let the tough exterior deter you. I'm a friendly, humorous, sincere and compassionate person who likes to meet new people regardless of color, race, creed, religion, etc... I appreciate & respect the world & the people in it, until you "really" piss me off. I'm a Taurus. You mess with the bull, you get the horns.
