Jewish Bukharian little girl of Abram and Svetlana Sulejmanovs. Brought into the world in 1982, Uzbekistan Republic (Central Asian part of former USSR). Jewish given name Le'O (Leyah).
Fluent in Russian, English and Hebrew.
After the fall of Soviet Union immigrated under refugee status with her mother and father to USA in 1994.
Resided in Queens, NY.
Wrote poetry in both Russian and English.
Le'O fell in love with hip hop at age 11. Inspired by listening to HOT 97 radio station while living in Queens NY.
Influenced by the Late Notorious B.I.G., MC LYTE, Dr. Roxanne Shante, Hurricane G, Foxy Brown, Heltah Skeltah, The Lost Boyz, Jay Z, NAS, MOBB DEEP, CNN. Introduced to recording studios in the year 2000 by a local artist in Phoenix, AZ. The sound of her own thoughts, feelings and reality on music has been her addiction ever since.
