Started in June 1998, A- Town Promotions has specialized in promoting for different clubs and venues within the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas in PA. Influences:My influenes are, seeing different street teams from record labels grinding it out in the streets of Manhattan, NYC and seeing night club promoters doing the same. And this is way back in 1994 I took an intrest in the field of promotions,. I (BIGMAINE) always knew since I was a kid that I wanted to do something in the field of music, but didn't quite know what my calling was. Then it turned out to be doin' promotions !!! But I didn't act on it until June of 1998, when the company was founded & my partner PowerDee told me that you should go hard at this, your good at this because you got drive, good people skills, and good personality and you know about music. And a great influence on me was doin' internships in New York back in May of 1999 until January 2000 ( Loud Records). And also 2/01-5/01 (Sony Urban Music). The My 1st. time at Funkmaster Flex's office in NYC,'01 FUNK FLEX was truly a great infulence on me taking this seriously, because, he had lots of accounts with different labels and other companies and his office was hot! And seeing that is when I knew, that I could make the field that I was already intrested in a business for A-town Promotions ! And now look at us were established & widely respected and recognized for our brand of work that we've provided over the years it's 2006 and we're still oh' so focused and we won't stop !
