Kim Ham

Hey, I am Kim Ham there is only one, also I am known in the states as Hamage. I have been involved with music since i was 9 and thats a long time because I am 50 now. Have lived in Berkeley and San Francisco for a good part of my life and worked at all the local record stores Oddessey, Rasputains, Universal (where Metallica hung out in the very early days) Leapolds and Tower and hung out and worked some with all kinds of bands, Ruffians, Larz Rocket, Metalliaca, The Mutants, The Jars, The Mondelles, Filpper and D.K.'s. Have worked and partyed at On Broadway, The Fab Mab, The Stone, The I-Beam and Berkeley Square and as a DJ on local hard rock stations and also at local clubs.
I worked with Bill Gramham for some years and spent time at Wolfgangs, Slims, The Waldord, The Fillmore and mainly the Kabuki where I worked with all kinds of bands eveything from The Cure, The Damned, Gang of four, Santana, Motorhead, Frankie goes to Hollywood, Bauhaus, Iggy Pop, The Tubes, Raven, Metallica, Slayer, Simple minds, Venom, Tom Jones, The Call, X.T.C., and 100's more.
I have played in a few different bands my self, Scratch & Sniff a punk band we toured with the D.K.*s from San francisco, then a industrail band D.T's and last a metal band called SATANS FORSKIN.We never did play live.I live for music and have been going to shows since I was 7 I have been to over 12,000 shows so far in my life and plan to reach 40,000 before I am dead, I still love going to shows and check out as many bands that I can each year.I am now living in Denmark and starting to pick up on some of the local heavy metal over here. There are quite alot of great bands over here, but most of them are un hear of due to the lack of help from their record companies, so its just touring that gets the word out.
I am interested in starting a booking company and getting EU bands booked in the US and bring bands from the States over here to play some shows.
