Welcome to the Cupcake Continuum Project!!
This is an artistic, psychological and sociological project to capture, appreciate and display the wonderful uniqueness we all possess.Just as no two snowflakes are alike, neither are any two cupcakes. Just like the differences in frosting swirls, the pattern of the sprinkles, the color, the consistency, the taste, the size, the flavor, the liner design, the scent, etc. ... there are so many variations to us all! It's those unique characteristics that we all possess that make each & every cupcake so very special, so delightful and so memorable!! The Cupcake Continuum Project is a compilation of each participant's unique "SPECIAL SOMETHING," displayed through their interpretation of themselves through their cupcake design.
These cupcakes will be collected by the artist & curator, Jinxi Boo (www.JinxiBoo.com) in this cumulative project that will eventually become a book that will recognize & honor each special cupcake in the Cupcake Army!Please be a part of this special project. You can create your own cupcake in any medium you would like - or if you would like to use the template provided on the page, just click on the cupcake below to link to & print out your own cupcake.
To showcase your cupcake -
FIRST ... fill in your name (Cupcake: Your Name). Then, fill in the blank with the ONE WORD that describes YOU!
It can be any word you want: a noun, verb, adjective, title, WHATEVER you think captures the essence of YOU!
Which one word describes YOU??SECOND ... Decorate your cupcake to represent YOU!
It can be any which way you want it to be: any color - any design - any medium - any topping - BE YOUR OWN CUPCAKE!! THIRD ... Mail your cupcake to Jinxi Boo!
To use in the real-life mural - I need the original on paper sent through the mail ... but in the meantime, you can send me pix of your creation so I can post on the website. To do that ... upload your cupcake to Photobucket (or other hosting site) and email me a link. (Sorry, I cannot accept them as email attachments at this time - but just send me a link thru myspace mail)
