Hi this is Rachael and my fiance' StephenWhy 8-8-8 ???? The date is not only catchy -- but only occurs once in a lifetime !!!! The number 8 represents new beginnings and the number 8 is considered very lucky in chinese culture and a very popular wedding day, Check this out.... when the numeral "8" is turned on its side, it becomes the symbol for infinity! -- a fitting motif to represent the beginning of a marriage {especially since it is 8-8-8 ..infinity times 3 !} The more eights involved in a couple's lives, the better chance they have for luck and wealth. Seeing as 8-8-8 is one month shy of our 8 year anniversary :} ....the choice was easy and obviously meant to be :}we are both very laid back and easy going and we like to stay busy.... besides planning our DIY wedding which is wonderously fun :} we love to travel whenever possible especially to cool secret getaways,or visiting friends in the redwooods, we mostly spend time doing what we love... spending time at home relaxing in our hamock and having bbq's in our yardchillin with friends, gardening, landscaping, living green as much as we can, photography, hottubs, bike riding, camping, 420 :}, getting reunited and chatting with old long lost friends :}...would love to start hoola hooping !!!! as a new hobbie,we love to spend time outdoors whenever possible but equally love curling up together and watching a good movie, or just the tv...hgtv, simpsons, cops, csi, dexter, weeds, history channel, OMG...way too many to list.we love getting crazy in VEGAS BABY VEGAS {but not nearly enough}, would love to go to burning man this year!!!!, and also getting back into partying at cool outdoor events..... with killer reggae, drum n bass, house , jungle, trance, cool chillout vibes, tribal anything with a sound that moves the soul and body...we love most music and enjoy shows whenever possible.LOL .....enough for now....we love to meet new people so feel free to say hi :} and have a fabulous day !3
