Felix “Flex Googlz” Garay:Corporate retail manager turned Emcee turned VP of Marketing and Promotions at UnderBoss Records. This man is going to be the next Tony Starks (no not ghostface) of the music industry. He is driven by a passion and a responsibility for all his artist, wanting them to achieve what artist were achieving before the napster era. He is in charge of creating press kits, booking shows and advertisement. He is the administrator and creator of underbossed.ning.com. When Rick Posada (Former Head of A&R at Electra Records) and Sal T. (UnderBoss C.E.O.) draw up major plans for the label they usually turn to Flex to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Flex started late as an Emcee in 2004 and performed at S.O.B’s, Remote Lounge, Rock Star Bar, T-NY, Rebel, and Times Square art center. As an UnderBoss Exec he was a major force behind James Blond’s “lighting it up” video and “Who you running up on” viral campaign. He is currently working on such projects as “Promotions and budgeting for the press release of UnderBoss Records and UnderBossinc.com” as well as “Major Press Kits for all UnderBoss Artist”. At the same time he is prepping the labels newly discovered rock band “Something Profound” the release of the first “James Blond” album and bringing soca singer and song writer “Minmi” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minmi) to the US.
