Volkswagens, hot rods, Kustoms, Music, punk, Hardcore, and Metal. I am into all things on wheels that have been customized, bike too. I read magazines like a maniac and have the collection to prove it. Weekend wrenching in the garage is great. friends, stories, bench racing, drag racing and just being in the moment.
All people that share an interest in cars, music and life. I am always looking to talk to fellow VW fans. All my old classmates from San Dieguito, class of 96, lets hear your story! Mostly I just want to see some old frineds and meet some new people that share my interests.
As of the moment, I am into Bayside, but my old standbys are: Misfits, NOFX, Lagwagon, Smoking Popes, Screeching Weezle. No road trip is complete without a good round of Any of the above bands. I also like to throw in some black metal here and there. It realy takes talent to play music like that! Minor Threat. They changed my life!
Fletch is the best movie of all time. I don't think it will ever be topped. I like the funny ones.... Back to School is great too. Horror films are not for me, drama is for yo mamma. I like to laugh.
I am hooked on Jepardy. I should go on there one day. I watch Talk Soup and, Oh yeh, SPEED Channel is on most of the time at my house or Fuse.
Get ready to laugh. I read mostly political books. Michael Savage is great. I do read books that are classics from time to time like Oliver Twist and Moby Dick, but most of the time, i am burried in Rodders Journal and Hot VW's. Magazines are my friend.
I try not to look up to people, becuase you might miss your own greatness. I think of the people that had inpact on my life. There are a few, but I think I am where I am due to my own morals. Out of those I know, my soon to be Wife Julie is my biggest hero. I watch the things that she has accomplished and push myself to be that great. The music of Minor Threat helped shape me early on. I got some of my longest held values there.
