I am distilled from 100% wheat and made at the Nolet Distillery in Schiedam, Holland. I am distilled in alembic copper pot stills, filtered over loose charcoal, and rests in tile lined tanks until ready. I am named after the original, copper pot still, “Distilleerketel #1, and am handcrafted in small batches.
