Anybody who is a bit interesting. I like people who have stories to tell. I would love to meet the guys from Metallica and Slayer.
I love my music. I like a varied selection, from Metallica to the Black Crowes, Led Zepplin to Black Sabbath, Audioslave to the Scissor Sisters, Norah Jones to Black Label Society.
I love gangster movies like Goodfellas, the Godfather trilogy and Scarface. I like a good action movie, anything by John Woo is class. Akira Kurosawa's period films like Seven Samurai and Ran are also great, but I like cheesy '80's movies like Mannequin are great too!
Stuff like Torchwood is great, but I can't say that there is a lot of stuff that I watch religiously, although I do like to watch the UFC when I can.
I love reading, especially fantasy and science fiction. Terry Pratchett is probably my favourite writer right now, followed closely by Raymond E. Feist and Iain M. Banks. I've just started reading Steven King's Dark Tower series, so we'll see how I get on with that. And of course, J.R.R. Tolkien goes without saying.
My hero's are mostly musical. People like Jimi Hendrix, Mark Knopfler and Stevie Ray Vaughn made me pick up the guitar, whilst James Hetfield, Lemmy and Ozzy Osbourne just made metal look so cool.
