I am Eritrean, but I grow up my whole life in Ethiopia. I love my people, my culture and my food. The reality is, Eritrean or Ethiopian, we are all one people with one culture. This book is a result of years of watching my mother cook in the kitchen and prepare wonderful Ethiopian Cuisine.
