Anthony Freeman Burgess was born May 18, 1959 to Dorothy M. Burgess and the late Mack Freeman Jr.From the mind of God to his Father’s loins and the womb of His Mother, Bishop was predestined to be a servant of God chosen specifically to advance His Kingdom to all mankind throughout the world.God has blessed this young man to accomplish many things and to accomplish them at a young age. Anthony accepted his call to Ministry at the tender age of 17 and at age 21, Bishop was assigned his first Pastorate. From that time, Bishop has established four churches and has served as Pastor of six. He is presently The Senior Pastor of Rehoboth Apostolic Assembly in Jamaica, NY, Faith Apostolic Assembly in Richmond, VA. and Lighthouse Apostolic Assembly in Maple Hill, NC. He is also the Presiding Prelate of a budding religious reformation, The Rehoboth Apostolic Assemblies, Inc.Recently, a major transition has taken place in Bishop’s life, his relocating from the state of his birth, New York to a place called, Richmond, VA, a place he had no real prior knowledge of only that destiny was calling him to that place. Since moving, his life has been blessed, and through the grace and the favor of God, he’s been able to accomplish many things.Bishop is pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix, (Richmond Campus). A desire of his for years and now a reality.Bishop Burgess is the Father of James, Matthew, Kristina and Marqies and a Grandfather to MaKayla, he is a Godfather to many and has been a surrogate Father to a countless number of people.
