Biography:
The Swiss death-metal band NEAR DEATH CONDITION has been created by guitarist Patrick in 2001, after the split of YOG-SOTHOTH, the extreme metal band he was playing in during 4 years. Evolving as a one-man band for a few years, NDC has been joined on vocals and guitar at the end of the year 2004 by Stéphane, who has played synths in YOG-SOTHOTH for some gigs.
In July 2005, NDC has released his first self produced album "Delusional Perception of Reality" containing 8 down-tuned brutal death-metal songs and 2 dissonant keyboards interludes. With most of the lyrics talking about mental disorders, this album is mostly made of fast songs, but also contains slow and heavy parts.
Nicolas has then joined NDC on bass, and the band has started to play live. For personal reasons, he has left the band and has been replaced by Lionel who has already worked with Patrick and Stéphane in the band YOG-SOTHOTH. Lionel has also written lyrics for 2 NDC’s songs on "Delusional Perception of Reality".
The band is now working on new material, so be prepared for the ultimate brutality...
