I have many interests, I love music, yoga, travelling, and looking after my son. My son is type one diabetic and I am researching the condition, and doing all I can to give my son the best possible quality of life. I studied Yoga for many years, since I was 11 I believe alot in Karma, what goes around comes around, I used to believe in soulmates but when you lose someone it changes your view, i think its possible to love more than one in your life time, but I do agree in the saying "Its better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all" I believe in being happy and its something we should all strive for.z

I am a garage head through and through from back in the day when loads of us used to go to Bagleys! (anyone over 21 appreciates how good the garage vibe used to be) my babies father is an mc and even my little un loves garage music. I enjoy music that makes me move when indoors my music varies from garage to r&b to d&b to easy listening, I can play piano and used to love playing soul and blues music, I listen to Centreforce, Don fm, Shine, true fm etc on the radio, go to an old school garage D & B night every now and then even been known to listen to a bit of cheese!!! but will always deep down be old school! its my age!!!z
One of my all time favourites is Love Honour and Obey with Ray winston, its a brilliant film if you haven't seen it, do, its worth it! another top film is 51st State - Samuel L Jackson, Robert Carlisle, Meatloaf, TOP TOP film, but be clear when asking for it cause you may end up with the (in my opinion) stupid & annoying Ben Stiller film...51st DATE...trust me this has been known to happenz
I enjoy CSI and good old Eastenders although I rarely get time to watch much tv Z
I have to admit I do enjoy reading, I read both fact and fiction a few books have made a real mark on me some of which include Jigsaw Man and Picking Up The Pieces by Paul Britton and The Alchemist by Paulo Coelhode Z
My son, he is my number one hero, he brings joy to every day of my life and never flinches or cries when I have to test his blood or administer his injections (he's a severe diabetic) he is my life and he's what i live for.My parents are also my heroes they have been there for me through thick and thin, my mum is always there with hugs and kind words and my dad has always been a rock. I am also very proud of my dad who has just written and published a book which is called "Roses in December" http://www.stanfordprojects.co.ukAnd my brother who has battled through so much, please see his page www.myspace.com/kritsianandkerry z
